Welcome to www.harshubh.com (“Website”), operated by Harshubh Mahesh Shah (“HMS” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Website provides educational and informational content in the field of financial literacy and financial awareness.  

 

This Payment and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) aims to ensure transparency and fairness in handling Registered Users who have enrolled for a course, successful payment, and due to some aspects requests for cancellation. It establishes clear guidelines for Registered Users regarding eligibility, timelines, and payments. By understanding this Policy, Registered Users can make informed decisions about their course enrollment.

 

All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

 

Once a User has successfully enrolled and paid for a course, HMS will provide credentials to the Registered User who have enrolled successfully for the course, and the Registered Users will have access to course materials for the period specified.

PAYMENT POLICY 

​

1. To get an access of any course provided by the HMS, the User must complete the registration process and make full or part-payment of the applicable course fee, as displayed on the Website.
    

2. HMS reserves the right to revise pricing at its sole discretion. However, any changes will not affect Registered Users who have already enrolled for the course and completed payment.
    

3. HMS may, at its sole discretion, offer part-payment options for course fees under specific circumstances, including but not limited to financial hardship, bulk purchases, or long-term client relationships. It is expressly clarified that any part-payment arrangement permitted under this policy shall not be construed as an installment plan or an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) scheme. Users opting for part-payment shall be subject to the following conditions:
    

   1. The first installment must be paid to initiate course access.

   2. Access to full course content may be restricted until the final payment is completed.

   3. The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated deadline mentioned at the time of enrollment or as updated by the HMS time to time.

   4. Failure to complete the payment within the deadline may result in suspension of access and forfeiture of the amount paid, subject to HMS’s discretion.
       

4. HMS accepts payments for courses can be made using the following methods: 

   1. Credit or Debit Cards 

   2. UPI & Digital Wallets 

   3. Net Banking 

   4. Any other payment methods as updated on the Website from time to time.
       

By making a payment, the Registered User confirms that they are authorized to access the course provided by the HMS.
 

1. Once a payment (full or part-payment) is successfully processed, the Registered User will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase for the course. If a Registered User does not receive payment confirmation within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours, they must contact Customer Support.
    

2. If a transaction fails due to banking or technical errors, HMS is not responsible for any kind of payment failures due to incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, or banking issues.
   
   
    

 

REFUND POLICY
 

1. All purchases of courses offered by HMS are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall refunds, cancellations, or exchanges be permitted once payment has been successfully processed.
    

2. By completing the purchase, the Registered User expressly acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable policy. It is the sole responsibility of the Registered User to review all course details, including curriculum and requirements, prior to making a purchase. HMS shall not be held liable for any oversight or misinterpretation by the Registered User.
    

3. Upon full payment of the course fee, the Registered User shall be granted immediate and uninterrupted access to the course materials. HMS bears no responsibility for any failure on the part of the Registered User to access, utilize, or complete the course content once access has been provided.
   
   
    

 

CODE OF CONDUCT AND DISCLAIMER
 

1. The Registered User shall engage with HMS’s customer support and other representatives in a professional and respectful manner. Any use of abusive language, threats, harassment, or misconduct shall not be tolerated.
    

2. HMS reserves the right to suspend access, terminate services, or initiate legal proceedings against any Registered User who engages in misconduct, including but not limited to abusive behavior towards HMS personnel or affiliated entities.
    

3. The content, materials, and strategies provided within HMS courses are strictly for educational purposes. HMS makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, earnings, or success resulting from course participation.
    

4. The Registered User acknowledges that financial markets carry inherent risks, and any actions taken based on course materials are undertaken solely at the Registered User’s own risk. HMS shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or financial consequences incurred by the Registered User.
   
   
    

 

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
 

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions outlined in the Terms of Use, which can be accessed here Terms & Conditions.
