(B) Prohibited Activities — Not Conducted by HMS
In line with the SEBI Circular, HMS does NOT provide advice, suggestions, recommendations, or create an impression of advising in respect of any security or securities. Only general education, concepts, and astrology-based learning material is shared, without actionable implications.

HMS does NOT make any claim, express or imply any return, predict performance, or assure gains or profits in relation to any security or securities, unless explicitly permitted by SEBI.

Permissible Content under RA Regulations
